NEXT-DAY ORDERING

(ALL flowers need to be pre-ordered. We do not do Same-Day delivery)

All bouquets will be available for Next-Day ordering unless stated otherwise.
Cut-off timing for Next-Day Slots orders is at 1:00PM the day before.

TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to accept or decline any purchase made by any one individual or corporation.

TheDancingFlowers is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to customers, especially during peak periods as we take time to ensure that your bouquets are in good condition before delivery. However, we will try our best to do so if requested.

TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to amend it’s policy without any prior notice.

ORDER AND DELIVERY
SELF-COLLECTION
Customers may opt to collect their bouquets at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our office at:

Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if clients wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
DELIVERY TIME SLOTS
Customers who opt for delivery service can choose from the following 2 time slots. Kindly ensure recipient or on behalf of recipient is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.
-For delivery 10AM - 4PM
-For delivery 4PM- 9PM
TheDancingFlowers provides island-wide delivery, except to the following locations:

Jurong Island

Army Camps
-
Alps Avenue/ Airline Road
TheDancingFlowers will do its best to meet our customers’ delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of invalid delivery location.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
TheDancingFlowers will not accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:

Incorrect address given

Intended recipient not present
-
No valid means of contact
-
Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
RE-DELIVERY

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $15 re-delivery charge.

Customers need to contact TheDancingFlowers office to request for the re-delivery and timing is subjected to our scheduling.
CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp TheDancingFlowers and our delivery team will look in to your request.

Customers should notify TheDancingFlowers of the changes less than 24 hours before the actual delivery timing, else it will be subjected to the re-delivery fee of $15.
