SELF-COLLECTION

1. Customers may opt for self-collection at no additional charge.

2. Self-collection is strictly by appointment only.

3. Requests to change from delivery to self-collection, or vice versa, must be made at least one (1) day in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon collection. Once the order has been collected, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the customer.

DELIVERY TIME SLOTS
 

1. Customers may select one of the following delivery windows:

• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
2. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time within the selected delivery window unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Please ensure that the recipient, or an authorised representative, is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.
4. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the flowers with a receptionist, concierge, security personnel, neighbour, or at a safe location if authorised by the sender or recipient. Once delivery has been completed, The Dancing Flowers shall not be responsible for the condition of the flowers thereafter.

DELIVERY COVERAGE
 

We provide island-wide delivery within Singapore, except for the following locations unless otherwise agreed:

• Jurong Island
• Army Camps
• Alps Avenue / Airline Road
• Sentosa

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where the delivery location is inaccessible, unsafe, or outside our delivery coverage.
 

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
 

The Dancing Flowers shall not be held responsible for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided.

• Incorrect or unreachable contact number.

• Recipient or authorised representative is unavailable to receive the order.

• Delays caused by security clearance, building management, reception procedures, or restricted access.

• Road closures, traffic congestion, accidents, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

• Failed attempts to contact the sender or recipient.

Where reasonably possible, our delivery team will attempt to contact the sender and/or recipient before returning the order.​

 

RE-DELIVERY

If delivery is unsuccessful due to any of the reasons stated above:
• A standard $15 re-delivery fee will apply
• Re-delivery is subject to the next available delivery schedule.
• The Dancing Flowers is not responsible for any deterioration in the condition of fresh flowers resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts or delays beyond our control.

CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS
 

• Requests to amend the delivery address, recipient details, contact number, delivery date or delivery time should be made via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

• Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may not be accommodated.

• Where changes can be accommodated, additional charges may apply, including a $15 re-delivery or amendment fee, depending on the nature of the request.

DELIVERY PARTNERS
 

To ensure timely deliveries, The Dancing Flowers may engage trusted third-party delivery partners where necessary.

While we take reasonable care in selecting our delivery partners, delivery timings may occasionally be affected by traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to keep customers informed and assist with any delivery-related enquiries.

 

DELIVERIES TO THIRD-PARTY PREMISES
 

Where flowers are delivered to hotels, restaurants, offices, hospitals, event venues or other third-party premises, delivery will be deemed completed once the order has been accepted by the reception, concierge, security personnel, or another authorised representative at the delivery location, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

The Dancing Flowers shall not be responsible for any loss, delay or deterioration of the flowers after successful acceptance at the designated delivery location.
