  • Mother's Day T&C
    Answer: Only Mother's Day Collection will be available during 11 & 12th May. 1. Delivery/Self Collection - Delivery schedule options are either 10AM to 4PM OR 4-9PM. There will be NO CHOOSING OF SPECIFIC TIMINGS (I.E. 2-4PM / 10-11AM) - Self collection options are either 10AM to 2PM OR 2-6PM. (Do kindly come only at your chosen time slot. Thank you!) - Do notify The Dancing Flowers 24 hours before your time slot if there were to be any changes. - Customers should notify The Dancing Flowers of the delivery changes 48 hours before the actual delivery timing, else it will incur an additional charge of $15 on top of the delivery charge of $10. - The Dancing Flowers will not accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if: Incorrect address given Intended recipient not present No valid means of contact Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security 2. RE-DELIVERY - In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $15 re-delivery charge. - Customers need to contact The Dancing Flowers office to request for the re-delivery and timing is subjected to our scheduling. 3. ORDERING / FLOWERS AND ITS AVAILABILITY - Orders will be closed once all slots are filled up. You will be notified and when all slots are taken up and we will do a refund for you immediately. - For Valentine’s day, we are unable to make any alterations to your blooms. Only Valentine’s Day collections are available for 12th to 14th Feb. There will also not be any customisation. - Our flowers varies daily due to seasons and inspiration, and so will your bouquet. What you receive will be different from the pictures on our catalogues, as every flower, even in the same tone or colours, have their unique shades and tones. All pictures in our catalogues are only for colour references and style. - Should any of the flowers or colours mentioned be unavailable due to seasonal differences, shipment delays, or any other obstacles, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable item at our discretion without any prior notification. 4. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items. Any cancellation made lesser than 48 hours will not be refunded. Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at The Dancing Flowers' own discretion. The Dancing Flowers reserves full rights to decline a refund request. 5. PAYMENT - Upon checkout, payment can be made via Credit / Debit cards and PayPal. - We also accept PayNow (offline payment mode) to UEN 53412787L. Please note that we will only process your order once full payment has been made. Do key in your order number in the PayNow details section and also send a screenshot of the successful payment to 8112 6212. OTHERS - The Dancing Flowers is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to clients, especially during peak periods as we take time to ensure that your bouquets are in good condition before delivery. However, we will try our best to do so if requested.
  • Do you customize bouquets?
    Answer: YES! send us your flower requirements and colour palette or any pictures and we will advise accordingly. *PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any personalisation/alterations for occasions like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Thank you!*
  • How do I care for my flowers?
    For fresh flowers: 1. Place your flower arrangements in the best location. Keeping them in the right place can directly impact the life of the flowers. Place your fresh flowers in shaded and cool areas, away from direct sunlight and heat will help preserved their freshness. Remember, cooler is better with the expection of tropical blooms which prefers heat and humidity. 2. If you would like to transfer your wrapped bouquets into a vase, do unwrap them gently and with care. 3. Fresh and clean water helps keeps your flowers alive longer. Do trim at least half inch of stem off your flowers before you arrange them in a vase and each time you change the water. Replace the water in your vase daily.  If you have dying foliage, be sure to remove it as it may contaminate the healthy flowers. 4. Avoid placing your flowers beside ripening fruit or vegetables as they give off ethylene gas which causes flowers to deteriorate. For preserved flowers: 1. Do not water your preserved flowers. Preserved flowers are real flowers that have undergone a special process  to remove their moisture and that will preserve its shape and colour. Therefore, they are unalive and do not need to be watered. 2. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat . Preserved flowers should not be exposed to the sun for prolonged periods, as exposure to these elements may cause the colours of the preserved flowers to fade or change over time. 3. Keep them out of humid places or environments as it may make them more prone to mould and bacteria growth. Using silica gel packets can help absorb and retain water vapour which can prevent moulding and damage overtime. 4. Avoid pressing, bending or spraying any form of liquid on the preserved flowers or stems. They are delicate and can be damaged easily. Spraying any form of liquid can also ruin their preservation and cause them to rot. 5. If you would like to clean your preserved flowers, do gently dust them with a soft brush. 6. Preserved flowers can last up to servers months or years if propelrly cared for. However, due to natural elements, preserved flowers will eventually deteriorate, so do enjoy them while they look great and vibrant!

    Delivery Time Slots: - Please note that delivery time slots will be at 10AM - 4PM and 4PM - 9PM only. - Do let us know the preferred time slot when you check out. Clients who opt for delivery service can choose from the following 2 time slots. Kindly ensure recipient or on behalf of recipient is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.     How long in advance should I place my order? - We accept orders 1 day in advance, but if you have less than that, do drop us a Whatsapp message and we see how we can help! - Urgent orders are subjected to the availability of the flowers. - Cut of timing for urgent orders are at 12PM, but please note that all orders are also subjected to the availability of the flowers. Can I cancel or make changes to my order? 1. Full refund will be made if orders are canceled 3 days in advance (with reference from delivery date). ​ 2. Cancellations made 2 days in advance (with reference from delivery date) will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items. 3. Any cancellation made lesser than 48 hours will not be refunded. ​ 4. Requests for changes to flowers must be made at least one day before the delivery date. We are unable to process changes for orders already prepared and/or in transit. Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at TheDancingFlowers's own discretion. TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to decline a refund request.

TheDancingFlowers is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to clients, especially during peak periods as we take time to ensure that your bouquets are in good condition before delivery. However, we will try our best to do so if requested. 4. Our flowers varies daily due to seasons and inspiration, and so will your bouquet. What you receive will be different from the pictures on our catalogues, as every flower, even in the same tone or colours, have their unique shades and tones. Should any of the flowers or colours mentioned be unavailable due to seasonal differences, shipment delays, or any other obstacles, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable item at our discretion without any prior notification. 6.
