• All bouquets are available for Next-Day Ordering, unless otherwise stated.• The cut-off time for Next-Day Orders is 1:00 PM on the day before the requested delivery or collection date.• Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by The Dancing Flowers.• An order is only considered confirmed upon successful payment, or upon receipt of the required deposit where applicable.• The Dancing Flowers reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible and process any applicable refund.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

At The Dancing Flowers, every bouquet is thoughtfully handcrafted using fresh flowers sourced specifically for each order. As flowers are perishable in nature, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date.• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or collection date are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date are non-refundable, as flowers would have already been ordered, prepared or arranged.• To request a cancellation, please contact us via:Email: hello@thedancingflowers.comWhatsApp: 8112 6212• Your cancellation will only be considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation from The Dancing Flowers.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:• The wrong product was delivered.• The order was significantly damaged prior to delivery due to an error on our part.• There was an error in fulfilling your confirmed order.Refund requests must be submitted within two (2) hours of delivery or collection and should be accompanied by clear photographs of the item received.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:• Natural variations in flowers, including bloom size, colour, shape or bloom stage.• Seasonal flower substitutions made in accordance with our Terms of Service.• Personal preference or change of mind.• Incorrect information provided by the customer, including delivery details or recipient information.• Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable.
Refund Processing
• For orders placed through our website, approved refunds will be processed via our secure payment provider using the original payment method.• For PayNow or bank transfer payments, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
