Delivery time slots and delivery fee?


Please note that delivery time slots during this CIRCUIT BREAKER PERIOD will be at 10AM - 4PM and 4PM - 9PM only

Delivery fees are chargeable at a flat rate of $12 per location.

Do let us know the preferred time slot when you check out.

Clients who opt for delivery service can choose from the following 2 time slots. Kindly ensure recipient or on behalf of recipient is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.

Do you deliver to the whole of singapore?


No, We do not deliver to the following location:

- Jurong Island

- Army Camps

- Alps Avenue / Airline Road

Do you personalised bouquets?

Answer: YES! send us your flower requirements and colour palette or any pictures and we will advise accordingly.

How many days in advance do i need to place my order?

Answer: We accept orders 1 day in advance. Urgent orders are subjected to the availablitity of the flowers.

Can i cancel or make changes to my orders?

Answer: Cancellation or alteration of orders must be made at least one day before the delivery date. We will not be able to make any changes if the flowers are being processed. If you have opted for delivery and wish to change it to self collection, prior notification of at least 1 day is required.

What are the available payment method?

Answer: We accept payment by: - Credit card and debit card - PayPal

Can I opt for self collection?


Yes, self collection can be done at our studio.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Answer: Prices stated are nett price. No GST.

What if my delivery was unsuccessful?

TheDancingFlowers will not accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:Incorrect address givenIntended recipient not presentNo valid means of contactDelivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security. RE-DELIVERY In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, cliebts can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $12 re-delivery charge.Clients need to contact TheDancingFlowers office to request for the re-delivery and timing is subjected to our scheduling. CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS Clients who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp TheDancingFlowers and our delivery team will look in to your request.Clients should notify TheDancingFlowers of the changes 24 hours before the actual delivery timing, else it will be subjected to the re-delivery fee of $12.

1. TheDancingFlowers will do its best to meet our clients’ delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of invalid delivery location.

2. TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to accept or decline any purchase made by any one individual or corporation.

3. TheDancingFlowers is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to clients, especially during peak periods as we take time to ensure that your bouquets are in good condition before delivery. However, we will try our best to do so if requested.
TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to amend it’s policy without any prior notice.

1. Our flowers varies daily due to seasons and inspiration, and so will your bouquet. What you receive will be different from the pictures on our catalogues, as every flower, even in the same tone or colours, have their unique shades and tones. All pictures in our catalogues are only for colour references and style.

2. Should any of the flowers or colours mentioned be unavailable due to seasonal differences, shipment delays, or any other obstacles, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable item at our discretion without any prior notice or obligations to you.

3. As our blooms are made-to-order, we will not offer any refund if you change your mind.
