Terms of Service

Next-Day Ordering 

All bouquets will be available for Next-Day ordering unless stated otherwise.

Cut-off timing for Next-Day Slots orders is at 1:00PM the day before.

 

  • TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to accept or decline any purchase made by any one individual or corporation. 

 

  • TheDancingFlowers is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished bouquet to customers, especially during peak periods as we take time to ensure that your bouquets are in good condition before delivery. However, we will try our best to do so if requested. 

 

  • TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to amend its policy without any prior notice.

  • The Dancing Flowers reserves the rights to reject any orders at its discretion. We will do our due diligence to inform the customer prior to their date of delivery. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Refunds

  • A full refund will be issued for orders (with reference from delivery date) that are made at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that a 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing expenses.

  • For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.

​

  • For Bank Transfer transactions, do drop us a Whatsapp at 8112 6212 and we will tend to your enquiries.

  • ​Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at TheDancingFlowers's own descretion. TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to decline a refund request.

  • ​​If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@thedancingflowers.com, or drop us a Whatsapp within 48hours of placing your order. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Cancellations need to be a minimum of 48 hours in advance (with reference from delivery date). If cancellations are made with less notice, only a 50% refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of flowers.

  • Any cancellation made lesser than 48 hours will not be refunded.​

​

  • Any other cancellation requests made will be accepted or declined at TheDancingFlowers's own descretion. TheDancingFlowers reserves full rights to decline a refund request.

Cancellations

Seasonal Availability of Flowers 

At The Dancing Flowers, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and exquisite floral arrangements. Please be aware that flowers are seasonal products, and their availability may fluctuate based on our shipments from nurseries; consequently, some varieties may no longer be in stock. We strive for transparency and want to inform you that we cannot guarantee that every arrangement will precisely match those displayed on our website, as each flower blooms uniquely. However, we assure you that your arrangement will still be stunning! In the event that a primary bloom or flower filler is unavailable, we will substitute it with flowers of similar or superior appearance, texture, and value. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Wedding Flower Booking & Payment Policy

Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your wedding date.

  • The deposit allows us to carefully source and prepare your fresh flowers for your special day.

Final Payment

  • The remaining 70% is due the day before the wedding.

  • Payment can be made via PayNow or Credit Card

Changes & Cancellations

  • Any changes to your order (flower types, colours, or delivery time) should be made at least 3-5 days before the wedding.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

Fresh Flower Preparation

  • All flowers are freshly sourced and arranged for your wedding.

  • Minor natural variations in colour or slight wilting may occur due to the nature of fresh flowers.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via PayNow or Credit Cards.
